Jenna Klugh-Davis brings 20+ years of experience from her roles spanning recruiting, payments, tax, and senior care sectors.
Jenna’s expertise lies in placing management and executive-level staff within the healthcare and financial services industries. Her primary objective is ensuring all placements align seamlessly with both company and candidate needs, fostering strong relationships, and promoting retention.
Jenna holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado.
Jenna is a member and volunteer of PayTech Women (formerly W.Net, Women Networking in Electronic Payments), a member and volunteer CC Writers, and board member of the Salida Cyclones Swim Team giving virtual and in person presentations for various events.
Outside of work, Jenna is passionate about outdoor activities, particularly snowboarding and hiking. She resides in the picturesque mountains of Buena Vista, CO, with her family, where she also operates her business.
Liz Pike has 18 years of experience in payments and fintech. She specializes in private recruiting in the Payments, Fintech, and Executive space, and placing fractional talent in the merchant Acquiring space.
For the first 10 years of her career, Liz worked in corporate and agency recruiting. She then founded a payments recruitment firm, with locations in the US and EU, for 7.5 years.
In 2022, Liz won the 40 Under 40 Award from the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA) and the Founders Award from PayTech Women after 12 years of volunteer service.
Liz is an active volunteer with Phoenix Fintech Rising, Association of Payment Professionals (APP) and Phoenix PayTech Women. She has served on the Board of multiple payments nonprofits.
Liz graduated from Arizona State University and lives in Phoenix with her family.
Kevin Young has 7 years of experience in payments and fintech. He specializes recruiting for revenue related roles (sales, marketing, support) in the US and internationally.
Initially starting as the first Enterprise Business Development hire with a start up on the card issuing side, he continued his journey in payments with a company focusing on Payment Facilitation. In 2022 he moved over to the recruiting side and has worked alongside Jenna Klugh-Davis and Liz Pike.
Kevin has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado. He currently lives in Porto, Portugal. Kevin is bilingual in Mandarin and (slowly) European Portuguese.
